//
Oaxacan Tail is a bright mezcal cocktail that pays tribute to the Mexican state of Oaxaca. It is made with Mezcal, Blanco Tequila, Amaro Liqueur, and Coffee. The history of the Oaxacan Tail is as complex as the drink itself. The original recipe is said to date back to the early 1800s, when it was created by a Mexican general named Manuel de la Peña y Peña. General de la Peña y Peña was known for his love of mezcal, and he often served it at parties and events. It is said that he came up with the idea for the Oaxacan Tail as a way to show off the quality of mezcal. The drink gained popularity in the mid-1900s, when it was featured in a number of Hollywood films. Since then, it has become a staple of Mexican culture and cuisine. Try out the Oaxacan Tail!
