Tasting Notes

You’ll pick up a warm caramel note with a sprinkle of spices and herbs. Sip it, and it flows with a gentle sweetness, finishing with a soft, spiced linger.

If you want a classy little drink before dinner, just pour Foro Rosso Vermouth over some ice and twist an orange peel over it – so good. And you know those iconic cocktails like the Negroni? This vermouth is what makes them so special (it's equal parts with gin and Campari, stirred over ice with an orange peel). Oh, and for a proper nightcap, a Manhattan with this stuff is just perfect (2 parts rye or bourbon, 1 part Foro Rosso, a dash of bitters, stirred and with a cherry). If you're after something lighter, just splash some soda in it with an orange slice – easy peasy!
