Kelsey Ramage has over 17 years experience in the hospitality business holding the titles of educator, entrepreneur, sommelier and bartender, to name a few. She is the driving force and co-founder of sustainability education and consulting platform, The Trash Collective. Kelsey is a passionate educator, sharing her knowledge with bartenders globally. In 2021 she and business partner Erin Hayes launched Black Lagoon, a halloween horror cocktail event with 36 locations all over North America. The duo also created Krampus Cove, a horror-themed December holiday event with 6 locations in the USA and Goth Girl Summer, a summer goth pool party series and a number of events all celebrating the duo’s love for the dark side. Prior to launching her personal projects, she was lead bartender at Dandelyan Bar in London, playing a major role in it’s numerous awards including Tales of the Cocktail’s Spirited Award’s Best Bar Team (2017), World’s Best Menu (2018), Best International Hotel Bar (2017), World’s Best Bar (2017) and The World’s 50 Best Bar’s coveted number one spot in 2018. Personally, she was awarded Spirited Awards Best International Bartender in 2020 and holds the first Liquor.com Award for Sustainability for her work with Trash Collective.
