How to Request Account Deletion

If you wish to delete your account, follow these simple steps:

How to Delete Your Account in the Barsys App:

Open the Barsys App.
Tap on the profile icon in the top right corner.
Click on View Profile.
Scroll to the bottom and select the red option labeled Delete.
Confirm your action.

Note: This will permanently delete your username, email, and phone number. However, we will retain the following information:

Cocktails you have made.
Cocktails you have liked.
Recipes you have clicked on.

Additional Data Retention Information

When you delete your Barsys account, all personal information such as your email, username, and phone number will be permanently deleted from our system. However, anonymized data related to your usage will be retained for analytical purposes.

This includes:

Cocktails you've made.
Cocktails you've liked.
Recipes you've clicked on.

This data will be completely anonymized and cannot be linked back to your personal information. We retain this information to help improve our service and better understand overall user preferences.
